祂要將你升高乘鷹翅膀，背負你黎明翱翔，
要你明亮如太陽，將你緊握在主慈手中。
居住在上主隱密處的人，必要住在全能者蔭下，
上主是我的避難所，磐石我所倚靠！
要救你脫離那狩獵者的網羅，縱饑荒也不能傷你，
投靠在主翅膀下，主信實是盾牌。
你不用懼怕黑夜的驚駭，或是白日飛來的箭；
縱有千萬人倒下，災害必不臨近。
因祂要為你吩咐祂眾使者在你的道路上保護；
他們必定用手托著你，免得你腳碰在石頭上。



You who dwell in the shelter of the Lord,
Who abide in His shadow for life,
Say to the Lord, "My Refuge,
My Rock in Whom I trust."

And He will raise you up on eagle's wings,
Bear you on the breath of dawn,

The snare of the fowler will never capture you,
